What does my gift include?

Do I need to scan my feet right now?
No. Claim your gift now, then use the scan link after checkout when you’re ready. Your foot scan must be complete before we can make your custom insoles.
What phone do I need?
An iPhone with Face ID. Don’t have one? No worries. Claim your gift now, then open the scan link from your order when you can borrow one for about 5 minutes.
When do I choose my engraving and fit?
During the scan. You’ll enter the name or nickname you want engraved and choose a fit: general-purpose for use across compatible shoes, or shoe-specific to match one particular pair of shoes.
Will I need a payment card?
No. Your gift code is already applied, so your Everyday pair and standard shipping are complimentary. If checkout shows a balance, stop and email us before placing the order.
When will my Groovs arrive?
Your Groovs arrive about a week after you complete your scan. We’ll email you when they ship.
