Groovs are fully-custom insoles made with personalized biometric data to optimize the interface between your
feet and your shoes. Made with luxury materials for high-performance, Groovs maximize comfort, endurance,
and support to alleviate pain, improve stability, and help you be at your best, day in and day out.
Your feet didn't evolve to be put in shoes. Shoes force your feet into unnaturally static positions, causing
arches to collapse and develop pressure points. Groovs use high-precision scanning and proprietary AI to
create fully-custom insoles that optimize your foot positioning – like a hug for your foot.
Groovs are fully custom, whereas over-the-counter insoles are one-size-fits-most. Unlike generic insoles
that provide only cushion, Groovs deliver true support with cushion, flexibility, and responsiveness – all
perfectly fitted to your specific feet and shoes.
Groovs bring footwear personalization out of the medical system and into your shoes. While orthotics are
medical devices made to correct deformities, Groovs are footwear optimization – thinner, lighter, and
compatible with existing shoes, delivered without medical hassle.
Groovs benefit anyone who wears shoes, particularly those seeking relief from discomfort associated with
long hours standing, flat feet, high arches, or plantar fasciitis. Like sleeping on a good mattress, we
believe everyone deserves to experience proper foot support.
Groovs can be tailored to most shoes, from sneakers to flats and cleats to loafers. We recommend
shoe-specific fit for pointed-toe or uniquely shaped footwear. Unfortunately, Groovs aren't yet available
for open-toed shoes or high heels (>1 inch).
Yes! By maximizing comfort and support while minimizing fatigue, Groovs help you work harder for longer. The
hug-like fit eliminates gaps that zap power and reduce precision, while the semi-rigid interior catalyzes
energy transfer for more explosiveness.
Whenever you're wearing shoes! There's no such thing as "wearing your Groovs too much." Order multiple pairs
for different shoes, or use one general-purpose pair and move it between shoes as needed.
Yes! Benefits like improved support and stability can be felt almost immediately. Comfort increases with
every step as your feet relax into proper position. Rarely, first-time insole users may need a brief
breaking-in period.
Groovs' lifespan is measured in miles, not time. We typically recommend replacing them as often as you
replace your shoes. For heavy daily use, replace annually. Best practice is to get new scans and Groovs
every five years as feet naturally change with age.
Download our free app from the AppStore and use our proprietary ShapeSense 3D scanning technology to scan
your feet from your iOS device. The app guides you through scanning, ordering, and tracking – all from home.
You can expect your custom Groovs to arrive within roughly 7 days from when you place your order. As
on-demand manufacturers of fully-custom products, we're pretty proud of that turnaround time!
Yes, all orders are placed through the app since our ShapeSense scanning technology powers the production of
personalized pairs. Account-holders can create secondary profiles for those without iOS devices or who
prefer not to download the app.
The app includes detailed step-by-step instructions, tutorial videos, and both Self Scan and Assisted Scan
options. We generally recommend Assisted Scan for ease of use. If you need help, contact us at

We offer free shipping to all 50 U.S. states and internationally to: Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czechia,
Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, UK, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea,
Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, UAE, Austria, and
Australia.
Groov doesn't directly accept insurance, but you can use your HSA/FSA plan to purchase Groovs with pre-tax
income.
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check order status in the app
anytime. If you don't receive tracking info or have questions, contact us at
you@groov.me.
Customer satisfaction is our reason for existing. Given the custom nature of our product, we assess issues
case-by-case. While we don't offer full refunds for simply changing your mind, you can count on expedited
replacements if anything goes wrong with production or delivery.
We start production immediately, so we can't guarantee post-order changes or cancellations. Contact us and
we'll do our best to assist. Once production begins, cancellation inquiries go through our return and
replacement process.
